I'm currently on my second bottle of the Anti-Aging Conditioner because it works so nicely with the Anti-Aging Shampoo. You only need a small amount to condition the hair. It does not weigh my hair down and gives it shine and body. I have layered shoulder length hair and apply the conditioner from mid shaft to ends and generally leave it on for about a minute while in the shower. This is plenty of time to condition the hair. Griffin Remedy has wonderful products that the whole family can use. I highly recommend.
