This non-drying multi-purpose toner works as a skin balancer, an anti-inflammatory and an astringent. Organic Aloe Vera gel, Chamomile, and Atlantic Sea Kelp work to tone and balance. This also makes an excellent after-sun tonic. Can be used as a day moisturizer for oily complexions.
