How To Use

Wash your hands and tongue scraper each time before using.
Hold tongue scraper with Davids logo facing up.
Open your mouth wide and stick out tongue to get a visual on the back area of your tongue.
Rest the rounded end of the scraper towards the back of your tongue & gently scrape tongue surface from back to front.
After each scrape, rinse the round head under running water or wipe with a clean tissue to remove the scraped debris.
Repeat until entire top surface of your tongue has been scraped clean. Generally, 4-5 scrapes, once per day (or as directed by your dentist or doctor), is sufficient for best results.
Rinse the instrument under warm running water and dry with a clean tissue or towel before storing in a clean & dry place.
